Sometimes the answer is to move now. Sometimes it is to wait eighteen months, or to stay put. I will tell you which, even when it is the one that earns me nothing.
Common questions
Does it cost anything?
No. The session is free and there is no obligation to use me afterwards. You keep whatever we work out together.
What if I am just exploring?
That is the best time to have this conversation. Knowing your numbers early is what stops you falling for the wrong unit later.
Do I need to bring documents?
Nothing formal. If you know your outstanding loan and roughly what your flat is worth, that helps. If not, we estimate.
Can we do it over WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message me and we can start there. A short call is usually faster once the questions get specific.
